- 4 Swordfish steaks(250g each)
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp softened margarine
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Preheat grill for medium heat.
Marinate swordfish in teriyaki sauce for 5 minutes each side.
Grill steaks, basting frequently with melted margarine, for 5-6 mins each side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Season with garlic powder and serve.
