You can substitute tuna or swordfish for shark for an equally delicious healthy alternative.
- 4 x 170g/6oz shark steaks, fresh or defrosted
- Juice of half a lime
- 150ml/5fl oz honey and mustard marinade
- Dash Tabasco sauce
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Place the steaks into a bowl and pour over the lime juice.
Combine the marinade and the Tabasco sauce and spread evenly over the steaks. Cover and leave in a cool place for about 1 hour.
Place onto a prepared grill or barbecue and cook for 5 minutes, basting occasionally with any remaining marinade mixture.
Turn the steaks over, and continue to cook for a further 5-7 minutes. Serve with boiled rice.
