- A handful of fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/2 a red pepper, roasted and cut into strips
- 2 spring onions, shredded
- 110g/4oz cooked crabmeat
- 1/2 mango, peeled and diced
- Squeeze lemon juice
- Drizzle soy sauce
- Pinch chilli flakes
To make the salad, place the coriander, pepper, spring onions, crabmeat and mango into a bowl and mix together.
Add the lemon juice, soy sauce and chilli flakes and toss together.
Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and serve.
