Indian style topped Haddock

Serves 4
4 fillets of Haddock – skinned
1 carton natural yoghurt
2 tablespoons mango chutney
1 teaspoon curry powder

Combine all the ingredients for the topping.
Place the fish on a grill pan and spread topping over.
Cook under a medium grill or bake in a hot oven for 7-10 minutes.
Serve with salad or baked potato.

Also suitable for Microwave cooking.
