Smoked salmon, horseradish cream, capers and red onion recipe

Ingredients:

  • 400g smoked salmon
  • 200ml crème fraiche
  • 1 red onion
  • 50g capers
  • 25 chives
  • Balsamic syrup
  • Baby mixed leaves
  • Horseradish sauce

Method:

  • Layer the smoked salmon into a square on the plate.
  • Mix the crème fraiche with the horseradish sauce and finely chopped chives
  • Top the smoked salmon with the horseradish cream.
  • Garnish with the fresh capers and finely diced red onion.
  • Finish with mixed baby leaves and balsamic syrup.
