Smoked salmon, horseradish cream, capers and red onion

Ingredients:
400g smoked salmon
200ml crème fraiche
1 red onion
50g capers
25 chives
Balsamic syrup
Baby mixed leaves
Horseradish sauce
Method:
Layer the smoked salmon into a square on the plate.
Mix the crème fraiche with the horseradish sauce and finely chopped chives
Top the smoked salmon with the horseradish cream.
Garnish with the fresh capers and finely diced red onion.
Finish with mixed baby leaves and balsamic syrup.
