Kish Fish is run by the O’Meara brothers, Bill, Tadgh & Damian supplying leading hotels, restaurants, supermarkets and other food service outlets.
Together with their dedicated team they have also developed 4 popular fish shops in addition to a production kitchen, the Baily & Kish smokehouse and an online shop. At each of our specialised premises you’ll find the freshest seafood daily, served by a friendly team of professional fishmongers.
- 1966 Founded in the Dublin city centre fish market, named after the Kish lighthouse
- 1979 expanded to our production/smoke house facility in Bow St. Smithfield
- 1987 opened our first retail shop in Bow St.
- 2007 new purpose built facility in Coolock built to meet growing demand
- 2008 New factory shop opened in Coolock
- 2016 Aquired smokehouse & 3rd retail shop on Howth’s west pier
- 2017 Partnership with Avoca. Opened seafood counter in Dunboyne shop
- 2017 Launched Baily&Kish smoked salmon range
- 2019 Opened the Kish fish seafood market & café on Howth pier

HAND SELECTED SMOKED SALMON
Our master smokers at the Baily & Kish smokehouse use only the finest, fresh and hand selected salmon. We produce smoked salmon, trout and mackerel for our wholesale customers and retail stores. Our smoke house is located in Howth on the west pier not far from the Baily lighthouse also in Howth. Our smokehouse is named Baily & Kish after the lighthouse which inspired our company name, Kish lighthouse and after the lighthouse local to our smokehouse, Baily lighthouse.
