Chilli Crab Cakes

4 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/2 a red chilli, chopped
4 tsp fresh coriander, chopped
3 tbsp crabmeat
1-2 tbsp plain flour
1 egg, beaten
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
Lime wedges, to serve

1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

Combine the breadcrumbs, chilli, coriander, crab meat, flour, egg, seasoning and soy in a food processor.
Mix until well combined. Remove from the processor and shape into small patties.
Heat the olive oil in a small frying pan, over a medium heat, and gently fry the crab cakes for 2-3 minutes, on each side.
To make the dressing, combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, mix well, and serve with the crab cakes.
