Chinese Style Sea Bass

  • 4 Sea Bass
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sherry
  • Pinch of cornflower
  • Pinch of sugar and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seed oil
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon shredded ginger (Optional).


Remove heads and fins and wash fish well. Score each fish three times and rub some salt into the skin. Place in a steamer.
Combine seasoning sauce ingredients and pour over fish.
Steam for 15-20 minutes
Place on a serving dish and sprinkle finely chopped scallion over.
Garnish with scallions and cherry tomatoes.
